The “original” Corona’s Mexican Grill is located in the quaint rural community of Strasburg, Colorado, located just east of the Denver Metro Area along the I-70 corridor.

Our store caters to guests from Strasburg and its surrounding neighbors such as Watkins, Bennett, Byers and Deer Trail to name a few. We here on the eastern plains pride ourselves on our intimate connection with our “regulars”, and as always are delighted to see new faces as well.
